Return Policy
Terms and Conditions
1. Return, exchanges, and cancellations must be completed within 60 days from the date of pick-up or delivery and 15-25% restocking fee may be applied depending on the condition of the products returned.
2. Customer is responsible for inspection of all products at the time of pick up or delivery, damaged goods need to be reported within 48 hours or pick-up/delivery or they will not be accepted for exchange or return.
3. Any customized products or special orders are not eligible for cancellation or return, full payment is required and not refundable.
4. Cabinets or countertop that have been modified, cut, installed, scratch or with any add-on are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Refund will be provided by the original payment form, no refund or credit will be provided prior to receiving returns, refund by credit card may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account.
6. Tile and Mosaic products are subject to 25% restocking fee in the case of return.
7. Product availability is subject to change under special circumstance, in the event if we can’t fulfill your product, a full refund will be provided.
8.We are not responsible for safekeeping your paid product after 7 days, storage fee may be applied if products are not picked up after 30 days.
9. Shade, pattern, texture, grain variation exists in wood products, such variation is a natural characteristic of wood products and not covered under warranty.
10.There may be variation of color, shade, pattern or texture in countertop, flooring and tile material from different batches of the same material, such material may look different than the showroom sample. It’s customer’s responsibility to confirm such variation prior to installation.
11. Unless otherwise stated, we warrant our product to be free from defect under normal use and regular maintenance for a period of One(1) year. Warranty claims will cover parts only, we will not cover any return shipping nor labor incurred.
