KASSA Quartz are warranted to be free from defect from the date of purchase for a period of 1 year. Kassa Kitchen and Bath Inc reserves the right to alter the design, switching to new materials, or changing in specification as market preferences requires. If a warranty claim files after a product line is obsolete or no longer available, Kassa, at its discretion, reserves the right to honor the warranty with the replacement that is as similar as possible, if the original one is no longer available.

This warranty does Not Cover:

Products installed in any outdoor environment.

Use in any commercial application such as stores, restaurants.

Products installed as flooring materials.

Improper use or abuse including but not limited to, damage from mishandling of the product, damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse and damage from improper care and maintenance.

Chips at edges or other areas caused by impact damage.

Scratches. Quartz is highly scratch resistant but is not scratch proof. Proper care must be exercised including the use of a cutting board as part of your care and maintenance.

Defects that were visible at the time of fabrication and were not avoided during fabrication. Fabricators are required to perform a visual inspection of all materials prior to fabrication and again prior to installation.

Chemical damage.

Damages due to reduced thickness.

Products installed on uneven or unleveled surface.

Products installed without proper support, overhang with 12” or more will require support.
