cabinet warranty information

KASSA Kitchen Cabinets are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does Not Cover:

• Variation in natural wood. 

• Separation lines at joints between pieces of wood due to temperature or humidity changes, which is unavoidable. 

• Darkening of color due to aging. 

• Color inconsistency of the component being exposed to direct sunlight.

• Normal wear and tear. 

• Damage due to improper handling or installation. 

• Improper care and maintenance. 

• Surface staining or etching by leaving acidic or aggressive chemicals in contact with the material for excessive periods of time. 

• Surface chipping and scratching caused by negligence and abuse. 

• Damage or defect caused by misuse, alteration, negligence, abuse, and improper handling. 

• Warping is caused by extreme temperature changes.

• Labor costs involved in removing, reinstalling, transportation, and shipping expenses. 

 

This warranty is void if our cabinets are modified, moved from the original installation, improperly installed, or damaged due to installation. Furthermore, this warranty will not apply to cabinets damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, Acts of God, exposure to extreme temperature or moisture, or normal incidental deterioration such as nicks, scratches, abrasions, and natural aging whether by normal wear and tear. This warranty will not apply to installation or use other than their intended purpose, such as outdoor use. KASSA shall not be liable for any loss of direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of your cabinets.
